Lt. Col. Retd. Zafar Ul Islam is working as Administration and Security Manager in Eastern Testing Services. He retired as Lt. Col. from Pak Army after about 27 years of service. He also served in one of the business units of Army Welfare Trust for over 4 years after retirement. His last assignment with a USAID project in Islamabad was as Chief Security Officer. His core services are to ensure sound administration and fool proof security environment for smooth conduct of ETS Field Operations and routine office and yard activities.
