Eastern International Testing Services Company WLL Kuwait and Eastern Group for Energy Services KSCC, parent company and owners of Eastern Testing Services (Private) Limited Pakistan hereby give notice to the general public that further to an Extraordinary General Meeting of Eastern Testing Services (Private) Limited Pakistan (the “Company”) held on the 19th day of March 2011, the shareholders of the Company approved the removal of MR. TASHFEEN QAYYUM son of SallahUd Din Abdul Qayyum as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and Director. The shareholders have appointed Mr. Abdulrazaq Ali as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Qayyum no longer represents the Company’s interests and is not in any position to issue or accept instructions on behalf of the Company.

Any member of the public who deals with Mr. Qayyum does so at his/its sole risk and the Company shall not be liable for any losses or damages sustained in the course of such dealings. All inquiries concerning the Company should be addressed to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer Mr. Abdulrazaq Ali from henceforth.
